SAGA Trucks
Industrial vehicles were the first SAGA Mercedes-Benz business and were at the origin of SAGA in 1971. The heavy goods vehicle culture associated with the star brand is now available in 18 dealerships in France, Switzerland, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
The SAGA story
The very first SAGA Mercedes-Benz dealership was born in 1971 in the Vendée region of France, the birthplace of RCM. Its core business was industrial vehicles.
In 2006, RCM took over the 5 historical SAGA dealerships in the Vendée and Maine et Loire regions of France
It moved north in 2013 by including the Hauts de France region.
It took its first step into Europe in 2019 with the inclusion in the SAGA family of the Piret establishments and the Chur dealership in Switzerland.
In 2021, SAGA Mercedes-Benz expanded into the Paris region with the takeover of the 8 GGE (Grands Garages de l'Essonne) establishments.
SAGA crossed the Channel in 2023 in the Trucks range with the takeover of the 4 Sparshatt dealerships in the United Kingdom.
Today, SAGA has 42 Car & Van dealerships and 18 Truck dealerships in France, Belgium, Switzerland & the United Kingdom
